Refund/Exchange
We hope you love your purchase from GSX. However, if you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, please follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Step 2:
Once we receive your return request, we will send you a confirmation email along with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Returns Policy & Process
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase may be required

Once your return is approved, we will issue a return shipping label and instructions.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
All items must be securely packed and shipped using the return label provided. Returns sent without proper packaging may be rejected.
Customised Items
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is proven faulty upon inspection.
If GSX incorrectly customizes your item (not matching your submitted instructions), we will gladly replace it.
Returns cannot be accepted for change of mind on customized orders.
Hygiene Items (If applicable)
For hygiene reasons, GSX cannot accept returns or exchanges for items such as mouth guards or groin guards unless the item is defective.
Colours
Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor and lighting variations. This does not qualify as a fault.
Damages & Faulty Items
Please check your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us immediately at gldtrsportsgsx@gmail.com.
Faulty items will be inspected. If the item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing issues:

  • GSX will repair or replace the item
  • Shipping and handling charges will be refunded
  • Return delivery is free

If the returned item is not considered faulty, it will not qualify for a refund or exchange under this category.
Change of Mind
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items without tags
  • Worn or used items (except for trying on)
  • Washed items
  • Customized items

Change-of-mind returns apply only to products in resalable condition.
Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired size or style.
Incorrect Size
If the size you received does not fit, you may return it for an exchange.
Redelivery fees may be waived depending on the situation.
Incorrect Colour
If the color you received does not match the product you purchased, GSX will cover the re-delivery charges.
Please note: slight color variations due to screen display do not count as incorrect color.
Refunds on Shipping & Handling
If GSX makes an error—such as sending the wrong item or a damaged item—we will refund all shipping and handling charges.
A proof of purchase may be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • It may take up to 10 business days to process
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
